Function:RotateNoCrop

Rotates an image while preserving the rotated image.

Function

CuviStatus rotateNoCrop(const CuviImage& src,
                        CuviImage& dst,
                        const Cuvi32f angle,
                        const CuviStream& stream = CuviStream());
